Enterprise Integration announces a major brand refresh and new senior leadership team to take it forward, we delve deeper into the thought-process behind the changes.
Enterprise Integration (EI) has been at the forefront of IT service provision in Florida for the past 20 years, delivering best-in-class tools across the industry and working with a host of leading clients that has included the likes of CSX Railways and Jacksonville Jaguars.
Set up by Michael Locher in 1998, EI identified an opportunity to stand out in a marketplace that too often provided inconsistent, costly and unreliable IT operations, alongside poor customer experiences. Seeking to provide the necessary change within the marketplace, EI quickly established itself as a leader in the field by prioritizing the use and implementation of innovative technologies, exceptional service delivery and a “whatever-it-takes” philosophy to meeting the needs of its customers.
In spite of continual changes within the marketplace, EI has continued to adapt and evolve while remaining true to its core principles.
For many businesses worldwide, the COVID-19 pandemic during 2020 has fast-tracked changes to how we work, creating an unprecedented need for services and connectivity that are primed for remote working. With extensive knowledge and expertise in cloud services and information security, EI has been strategically positioned to offer solutions for these complex issues.
The business has decided that the time is now right to take the next step in its evolution, announcing a host of exciting updates and changes to develop a platform for continued success over the coming years.
Logo Design & Colour Palette
A key component of the EI refresh is a visual look and feel centering around a dynamic and elegant new logo, that reflects a rich heritage in service delivery combined with a modern and forward-thinking approach. The new logo stands out with its strong, stylish box element and visual cues to general aspects of the IT space and EI’s history and culture that are
ingrained into the design.
The integration of the “E” and “I” components into the box shape symbolizes the IT integration of different departments and systems. While visually similar to the form of a server rack, the three-bar “E” characterizes EI’s three key strengths – People, Technology, and Processes, with the angled “I” representing EI’s flexibility with customers and services. The box shape itself denotes the all-in-one solution EI provides for clients seeking IT guidance and assistance, while the 3-D effect of the box shape represents the depth of EI’s innovative history, services, and personnel. Finally, the negative space within the box carefully creates an image of strength and trust, while also standing for the connection of a client’s IT needs with scalable solutions that utilize any available tool or technology.
The color scheme also carries intrinsic meaning that is central to EI’s identity. The warm red color signifies EI’s passion to deliver successful IT solutions, and the unending energy of EI’s team to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service. The cool blue, meanwhile, is indicative of the intelligent creativity of EI’s expert team to customize dynamic and scalable solutions that meet unique client needs. It also symbolizes the trust clients feel toward the EI team in helping them find that just-right IT solution, as well as a nod to the widely known symbolic color of technology. Finally, the pure white color stands for the peace of mind EI provides, along with the chance for each client to enjoy a fresh start and a new beginning of business success through a powerful IT partnership.

A New-Look Senior Leadership Team
Following the untimely death of founder Michael Locher last year, EI restructured its leadership team with Michael’s son, Matt Bach, taking on the role of President alongside former CIO/CTO Tracey Brown, who was promoted to Chief Executive Officer, having spent 17 years with the company in a variety of roles.
The duo will be responsible for leading the business into its new era, where they will be supported by the rest of the senior leadership team, Devin Phillips, as Chief Information Officer and Chris James as Director of Sales and Partnerships.
Devin and Chris are new additions to the EI family, bringing with them a host of experience in IT service provision, having joined from Marketing agency Sgsco and Roundtower Technologies respectively.
Service Expansion Through Exciting New Partnerships
Central to EI’s continued evolution has been the development and implementation of strategic technology partnerships with some of the most respected companies in the world. These partnerships have enabled it to respond to new trends and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of the technology industry, while providing industry-leading solutions to a selection of complex IT issues.
Due to the nature of the IT industry, there is always potential for growth in different markets as new services and innovative technologies become available in those business arenas.
One such growth area is endpoint security services, where EI has announced a new partnership with experts, SentinelOne, Tanium, and Crowdstrike, who will enable EI to expand its offering to support companies that are conducting more business digitally, or are at greater risk of cyber attack.
A new partnership with cloud storage and processing experts, Nutanix, meanwhile, will further enable EI to help businesses dramatically simplify and unify their IT operations while allowing them to focus more on business-critical initiatives.
Teaming with cloud data management and enterprise backup specialists, Rubrik, helps EI provide advanced solutions for today’s data control challenges through ransomware recovery, database protection, cloud protection, and more.
With the added importance of using your own data to effectively drive modern business, EI’s partnership with Pure Storage gives its customers valuable expertise and powerful insight into their own data that can be used to quicken innovation and boost business performance.
Additionally, partnering with Dell and Cisco gives EI the ability to offer its customers a vast array of technological solutions through an unmatched selection of hardware.
Along with EI’s own Digital Robotics Engine, a partnership with automation gurus, RedHat, gives EI the ability to help organizations optimize the performance of their networks and applications, and enable them to reach the full potential of their IT investments.
Finally, through a partnership with Cohesity, EI can help its customers enhance their data intelligence by simplifying the way they protect, control, and extract value from their data.
A time to reflect, re-align and refocus
As the world comes out of the COVID-19 pandemic over the coming months, the way in which businesses operate is likely to change forever.
The last year has been a turbulent time for everyone, not least for business, but as we begin to see signs of recovery, EI is ready to face these challenges head on and is now better placed than ever to walk confidently into an exciting new future.
