Tracey Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Tracey Brown has led Enterprise Integration as Chief Executive Officer and Trustee since 2019. For the last 30 years, he has used his passionate leadership skills and vast technical knowledge across the IT industry in such roles as Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Integration, National Director of Microsoft Services for Inacom Corporation, Regional Vice President for Joint Venture between Microsoft and Qualcomm and Master Consultant for Siemens Global Services. Tracey also proudly serves as a Board Member for Daniel Kids, a Jacksonville non-profit dedicated to helping abused, abandoned and neglected children, as well as at-risk families.
Matt Bach
Chief Customer Officer
As President and Chief Customer Officer, Matthew Bach is an experienced leader focused on business development, partnerships and customer relationship management for Enterprise Integration. Matt has spent his life engaged in the development and growth of EI. As the son of Michael E. Locher, Founder and former CEO, Matt was immersed in the family culture of EI at an early age. After graduating from Charleston Southern University with a bachelor’s in business administration and management, Matt followed in his father’s footsteps as an entrepreneur.
At EI, Matt quickly grew from a role in Business Development to overseeing all Sales and Marketing as Senior Account Executive. Matt daily proves himself as an accomplished leader with experience spanning business strategy, operations performance, and cross-functional team leadership. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Matt is proud to honor his father’s legacy as President and CCO.
Devin Phillips
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Devin is responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations across all Enterprise Integration’s delivery and support functions. With a prior background in IT leadership for internal company IT organizations, Devin’s experience in selecting and leveraging managed service providers as a customer, alongside delivery with internal teams, helps him maximize the value EI brings to its diverse portfolio of clients.
Prior to joining EI, Devin spent time in senior IT leadership roles with Acosta Sales and Marketing, Florida Blue, and Southern Graphic Systems where he was charged with and succeeded at leading teams responsible for software development, end user support, infrastructure operations, program management, and more. Devin’s passion for technology began when he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Computer Engineering.
Chip Yant
Chief Information Officer
Chip has helped companies navigate the challenges of transformation with proven experience in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), ITIL, and Six Sigma Consulting. His background in IT Managed Services, systems engineering, web application integration, infrastructure, and networking allows him to connect across Enterprise Integration, from individual contributor to executive leadership, to drive meaningful change.
After achieving his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University, Chip earned technical certifications and experience focusing on Microsoft and Cisco technologies, designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Chip later became a Six Sigma Black Belt and IT consultant, providing IT process engineering and IT consulting services. In 2021, Chip was named Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Enterprise Integration.
Chip believes in developing people and helping them live out their passion. His passions are for music, art, and aviation and is actively involved in community service.
Mack Bhatia
Chief Information Security Officer
Mack Bhatia has led Enterprise Integration as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) since 2016. For the last 30 years, he has used his technology, security, privacy and process knowledge to serve companies like Siemens Healthcare, Ernst & Young, and Convergys in roles including CISO, Director of IT and Security, Director of PMO, and more. In addition to his internal EI security and privacy responsibilities, Mack also consults as a Fractional CISO for companies in the Healthcare, Fintech, Government, Logistics and other industries. Mack proudly holds CISSP, CISA and CDPSE certifications.
Casey Allen
Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition
As Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Casey Allen brings a wealth of experience building and developing professional, technical corporate teams geared for success. His pragmatic approach to Talent Acquisition and Staff Optimization is complimented by a sincere enthusiasm driven by his passion to help people win and see them grow professionally.
With more than 17 years of experience as an Executive Staffing and HR Consultant, servicing Fortune 500 organizations and creating nationwide recruiting strategies for his clients, Casey is a nationally renowned and trusted executive advisor to some of the world’s most celebrated industry leaders.
Kristine Hodges
Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Kristine Hodges brings her more than twenty years of leadership experience in both global and domestic markets to Enterprise Integration as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. As a results-driven executive, she leads EI in major strategic initiatives including new client onboardings and process improvements, both internally across EI as well as in client environments.
Kristine’s professional philosophy is, “Surround yourself with brilliant people who value integrity and authenticity. Think outside of the box because every problem has multiple solutions. Your job should challenge, excite, and push the limits of your personal development. At the end of the day, it is about the people who make the job great so invest in your team!” This philosophy permeates throughout her team, and makes her an inspiring, results-driven, integral leader for EI.
Tyn Eclarinal
Vice President, Service Desk Operations
Since joining Enterprise Integration in 2020, Tyn Eclarinal has shined as Vice President of Service Desk Operations. Tyn is a passionate, multi-faceted, multi-tasking, leader valued, amongst many things, for her experience directing large, cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in both onshore and offshore environments.
Backed by more than 19 years of solid experience in Business Process Outsourcing Operations across a variety of industries, Tyn has consistently delivered true value while serving in diverse, senior-level roles involving performance management, operations, vendor management, and process management for companies including Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, TeleTech and more.
Tyn’s work ethic and drive were evident from the beginning of her career when she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications in Journalism and Broadcast Communication before going on to also earn her MBA. She instills that same passion to this day in her management philosophy where she drives results by “instilling ownership, accountability and follow through on commitments.”
Kim Sanders
Vice President, Human Resources
With more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, Kim Sanders worked her way up through the ranks of diverse HR departments in organizations including Enterprise Integration, Haskell, and CSX Technology. This career path has helped Kim build a robust skill set rather than becoming siloed in a specific area of the HR function. Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruiting, and Compensation and Benefits are all at the forefront of her expertise. Having built an entire HR Department from the ground up, Kim has held management and executive level positions for the past 14 years while also never losing touch with the day-to-day tactical functions that are the basis of any HR department.
Kim holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management (MAHRM) and maintains multiple certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and North Carolina Notary Public. Kim, and her husband William, live and work in Jacksonville, North Carolina with their two cats. While her passion at work is Human Resources, her personal passion is supporting and promoting local animal shelters and rescue organizations.
Robert Bowden
Vice President, End User Services
Robert Bowden has been an integral part of Enterprise Integration for nearly three decades. During his valuable tenure, Robert has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of our IT infrastructure and services. His dedication and expertise have been pivotal in shaping our technological landscape.
In his current role as Vice President of End User Services, Robert oversees all IT field services operations, ensuring seamless and efficient support across our numerous customer locations. His responsibilities extend to managing our internal applications and development, where he leads a team of skilled professionals in creating and maintaining the software solutions that drive our business forward.
Robert is also responsible for our reporting systems, providing critical insights and data analysis that drive strategic decisions. His comprehensive understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of IT make him an invaluable leader in our organization. His commitment to excellence, combined with his deep knowledge and experience, continues to propel our company towards innovation and success. We continue to be proud to have him as a cornerstone of our team.
Tyson Smith
Vice President, Operational Strategy
As Vice President of Operational Strategy, Tyson Smith showcases his exceptional leadership skills as he expertly directs our client onboarding program, optimizes EI’s delivery pillars, and drives financial excellence across our organization.
To accomplish this, Tyson relies on well-honed skills including project management, strategic planning, costs allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. He has a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction. His ability to handle complex projects and lead cross-functional teams have made him an invaluable asset to EI since 2020.
Known for his problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, Tyson effectively coordinates between different departments and aligns project goals with organizational objectives. His dedication, leadership, and coolheaded approach ensure that projects are completed successfully and deliver maximum value.
David Renn
Vice President, Engineering Services
David Renn joined Enterprise Integration in 2020, bringing with him his experience in leading a variety of IT infrastructure support teams with a focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency. At EI, David’s responsibilities include process design and governance, resource allocation, and the oversight of infrastructure operations and architecture services for EI and our clients.
David drives to ensure EI is staffed and managed to deliver the engineering expertise our clients need including security, networking, server infrastructure, endpoint management, database administration, and more.
