With over 15 years’ experience, including a senior IT leadership position with Bank Of America, he has spent the last three years capitalizing on his vast hands-on technical expertise in data center infrastructure, application hosting, directory services, mobility, security, desktop platform, and internetworking as a private consultant to many fortune 1000 corporations. With a focus on regional and global operating models, enterprise standards and best practices, process automation, ITIL/ITSM and change management, and direction of technology investment, he understands how to apply and utilize ITIL tools, techniques and concepts to improve efficiency and effectiveness in business changes.
Shawn is a results-oriented change advocate with subject matter expertise in IT Services Management (ITSM) and ITIL, methods, processes, strategic technology infrastructure planning, and developing cost effective solutions to meet customer business requirements.
