As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Mack is recognized for excellent performance and strategic critical thinking skills in the delivery of security services to keep customers, employees, and corporate systems safe. Mack consistently delivers quality work, on time and under budget, while motivating others within the organization, and managing the expectations of clients.
Mack possesses a broad background of experience encompassing key IT and IS areas: Leading and implementing NIST 800-53 and NIST CSF based Information Security programs, Management of Secure SDLC (Java and .NET) and Database (Oracle, SQLServer) teams, Vendor Management, Program Management, and Leading EDI groups (X12, HL7). Additional areas of expertise include:

- Application Support including Change and Release Management
- Regulatory Compliance
- Application Testing
- Business Continuity/DR
- Resource Management
Before his role at Enterprise Integration, Mack held many respective titles within the IT sector. He was the Director of Information Security and Information Technology at New Management Services, Director of Application Development at One Call Care Management, and an Executive Consultant at CGI. He comes highly recommended in the field of Information Technology and possesses the top skills around: Information Security, IT Strategy, Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Integration.
In addition, Mack is fluent in three languages: English, Hindi and Gujarati. He was a past President of (ISC)² Northeast Florida Chapter and cares about causes including: Economic Empowerment, Autism Awareness, Education, Poverty Alleviation and Science and Technology.
